Coverage: Our staff is capable of covering any and all of your LAN, WAN and Telephony requirements. Our territory coverage encompasses the entire state of Wisconsin and all bordering states.
Emergencies: Your emergencies are covered 24/7. Depending on the nature of the emergency we may be able to remote into your system and have your problem fixed within a few minutes. On-site visits may require travel time to your location. Our response time to emergencies during standard working hours can be immediate (anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours depending on geographical location).
